After starting out as an intern a few years ago, Bailey has climbed the ranks to earn the title of Production Manager. Bailey has his hands on every single pair of skis that comes through our factory. From pressing a ski to ski tuning and everything in between, Bailey can do it all.

When not at work, Bailey enjoys videography, guitar craftsmanship and of course, skiing! If you see Bailey out on the slopes make sure to say hello and thank him for building your skis!
